Similarly, that's exactly how it is when you're part of ECW. While most companies look at the likes of AEW or WWE and see a certain image of what their superstars or fanbase looks like, ECW is very much the opposite. ECW is the land of the misfits, the social rejects, and those who defy what it means to be a decent person in society. That is where most known Superstars had gotten their start. Including the actual Queen of Extreme, Lita.
Sure, there have been so many faces to pass through the halls of the ECW Arena over the years like Beulah McGillicutty, Francine, Jazz..and of course one who everyone is familiar with..Dawn Marie. Lita however has gone on to have a glorious career that these other losers wish they had! Lita is the most recognizable name and the world of Women's Wrestling. While everyone else were tossing each other around and pulling their clothes off during uneventful catfights, Lita was too busy inspiring an entire generation of women with her looks, attitude and signature moves that have never been before seen done by a woman! Lita is the pillar women aspire to be one day. After all of the years of being in the industry, traveling the world and forging a path unlike any other - she decided to start a band called The Luchagors and continue her iconic career in the music industry. That's why people are gathered to this place here tonight.
The Luchagors just finish their final song, their fans are blowing the roof off the place as the band takes their final bow! Lita gets on the microphone to address the addoring fans.
LITA: I gotta say, you guys truly are the best fans in the entire world! Out of all of the other punk rock bands and indy artists that are out there in the world right now, you guys knew to come right here to Atlanta to see the Luchagors!
The audience cheers for the band as the flashlights on their phones light up the place!
LITA: It has seriously been a wild ride with you guys, my band is the best bunch of musicians you will ever get the honor of listening to! We are the greatest punk rock band in the history of the undergound scene! You know what, I wanna just level with you guys for a minute. You see, as a kid born from this punk rock scene - dirty basements and VFW halls were my sanctuaries. I became the person who I am today because of artists like 7Seconds who played right here in this very venue!
More cheers come from the crowd for the known band!
LITA: Starting out here in this very building, getting my start in this community and becoming the international stars that The Luchagors are, it really does bring me back home to where it all started. As a matter of fact, as totally awesome as this leg of the tour has been and the rebirth of The Luchagors, we're gonna be going on a brief hiatus.
Groans instantly come from the people flooding the area! Immediately people are shouting DON'T GO! as they want to continue to see The Luchagors thrive in their hometown.
LITA: Don't worry you guys, I know this is gonna be tough to say goodbye to this stage, but you guys can see me on another stage..a much bigger stage. You see, while I unfortunately have to put the future of the band on hold, I am going back to where it all began in my wrestling career. I'm going back to ECW!
The downturn of agony switched to intense cheers knowing that Lita is going back to the squared circle!
LITA: Yeah, I figured you guys would be hapy about that! ECW is relaunching with their very first pay-per-view, Barely Legal in New York City. I'm sure there's gonna be a lot of familiar faces there, but you know who else will be there? Me. This time it counts! This time it's a brand new chapter in my career! I'm not prancing around as Miss Congeniality anymore. I won't be flanked by some muscle head or loser from Amish country holding me back. I've got the biggest star power than any of the other women on the roster and I will continue to do so when I set foot back in that ring! The women like Dawn Marie, Ariel, Mandy Rose and any other woman who thinks they've got what it takes to bring it to the extreme have a whole world of trouble. Every single one of those women are walking into Barely Legal thinking they're gonna be the top woman of the roster. The number one..what do they call them now? Vixens? Whatever label they wanna put on the women nowadays, they don't hold a candle to me and my legacy! I inspired a generation of women! I've redefined women's roles in wrestling! Each and every one of those women have ME to thank for having a spot in this business! I'm gonna show all of them why I am the original Queen of Extreme!
The crowd hangs on Lita's every word as she slams the microphone bursting out into an uproar! Lita walks off the stage greeting her fans as she passes through the mob of concertgoers!
